Almost all websites will work with Antilles Live Chat. Your site must have an SSL certificate (https) and you will need to add a small snippet of code to each page you want live chat to appear on. LRS® can assist with this, or the code snippet can be provided to your existing web developer.
Yes. All incoming chat requests will show up and can be joined by one or more chat representatives. A chat representative will be able to see if another rep has already joined.
Yes. In the settings section, a chat admin will have the ability to customize the welcome message, as well as other messages, such as after-hours and disclaimer messages.
Yes. Antilles Live Chat provides a scheduling page where you can set hours for each day of the week. Outside of these hours, the user will be given the option to leave a message. There is also a setting to turn off live chat completely which supersedes the schedule.
We are planning to release an iOS application soon that will provide mobile chat reps the ability to respond from their device. Mobile access can be disabled by a chat admin.
Antilles Live Chat provides multiple notification options including a browser based visual notification on Windows or Mac, an audible chime, and a push notification on iOS of incoming chat requests.
A chat admin can set a timeout value so that if no chat rep responds the customer can leave a message.
Antilles Live Chat provides encrypted transcripts to chat admins to review closed chat sessions. * This features is not available on all plans.
Antilles Live Chat messages are encrypted during transit using SSL and encrypted once stored in the database. Data retention integration utilizes a scheduled process to remove stored chat data from the system.
Yes. Based on your Antilles Live Chat plan, customizable canned responses can be saved by a chat admin and will be available to all chat reps.
Yes. By adding the Antilles Live Chat plugin to each page of your website, a chat will persist even if the user browses to another page.
